I was in the midst of a great challenge.  I was pushed to my limit physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. My husband was in the midst of a battle for his life.

He had received a cancer diagnosis and was preparing for a major surgery. I focused all my energy inwardly and outwardly for his care, healing and support. I was grief stricken. I was heart broken. At one point I really felt I couldn’t make a space for anything useful and simply went outside and sat, with my back against one of the four sisters. I chose the one who seemed to have a powerful flow of energy in abundance. I gave myself over to tears and calmed my mind and heart. I opened up…empty, as I was and allowed myself to be filled and comforted. I was able to go back inside and carry on.
